· Current Police Check is required
· Previous experience in residential aged care setting
· Good customer service and communication skills
· Demonstrated good oral and written English skills
· Digital literacy skills such as using mobile devices and web applications a must
· Team player and willing to learn
· Casual and permanent shifts

· Proficient communication skills in English
· Nursing experience a big plus
· Recreational activity knowledge and experience in aged care preferred
· Good team player
· Cert IV in Leisure and Health preferred
· Experience with documentation and accreditation requirements a big plus

This role requires: Police check for working in aged care.

- Responsible for assessments, care planning and documentation.
- Responsible to ensure the individual needs of residents are maintained to optimum comfort and quality of life.
- Responsible for ensuring residents and/or their representatives are encouraged to be involved in the development of the resident's care plans.
- Provide clinical governance to nursing assistants/personal care workers to guide them to provide appropriate basic clinical and personal care
- Conducting wound and pain assessments; administer wound and pain management regimes. Medication Management
- Involve in Continuous Improvement, Quality Assurance and Education Programs.
